Our refrigerator did not work and the ice machines on the first floor was broken the sign referred us to use the one on the third floor which was also broken when I got up there. I found out the next morning I could have gotten ice at the from desk or kitchen.

This is by far the priciest option in Rolla, so we thought the stay would be great. We were given room 218, and unfortunately there was a loud ticking sound that was audible throughout the entire room.
