"Overall the property was good. I had some initial problems checking in. My main issue with the hotel is that there are no safes in the room. I need somewhere to lock my valuables for safe keeping. This is non negotiable for me and therefore i will not return. Gives me anxiety"

"Really lovely comfortable bed, nice bathroom, fast running and hot bath, but toilet roll fell on the floor every time due to faulty holder, very bad signposting of rooms, both from reception and particularly from main hotel, could still be there wandering the corridors if we hadn’t come across a staff member, didn’t try breakfast, staff were good. Facilities for kids in the main hotel were fantastic at half term, very family friendly, reasonably priced alternative to the large main hotel"
