"This property was immaculate. The signature scent in the lobby is so nice. Every staff member that we spoke to was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a very convenient location. The only thing that I did not like was not having access to soda vending machines, because the sodas in the shop in the lobby are very overpriced, and the only other options on the property are $3 sodas at the restaurant or Starbucks."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. My room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. "Property very neat & clean. Check in challenging due to host communication via email rather than text. Was standing outside my room at 3pm (check in is 4) .
While standing outside I was asked to Venmo $20 for extra hour. That process (via email) took 20 minutes. Not that big of a deal, but with a quest at the door it was a little off putting. Otherwise the property was lovely and well maintained."

"Property was kinda of gross. furniture has a bunch of stains and is very old. floor in 1/2 the apartment is spongy and feels like you will fall through. bathroom wasn't to bad but over all I would never stay here again. kitchen sink back up twice into the dishwasher and leaked on the floor the first time. could me nice with a renovation and update "

"The hotel itself was clean and the staff helpful. The location of the hotel is not in the best location and a bit sketchy of an area. I wasn’t comfortable coming in and out of the hotel alone. They allow the food delivery services in the elevator and to access entire hotel, they don’t require food deliveries to be left in lobby or remain in lobby until the guest can meet them. I would try to find another hotel next time I’m in town."

"The guy at the reception desk was great. Room os very clean. There’s just a water leak by the window in the bathroom. We didn’t complain about it as we were only there to sleep for one night. Breakfast was okay, same breakfast you will see in most places. Just happy we have breakfast, can’t complain there. Area was close to shoping and restaurants. Short diatance to Fresh Market, TJ Maxx, Walgreens etc. "
