"We came into this not expecting much given some of the reviews but upon arrival, we were very pleased at the size, layout and impeccable condition of both our particular unit and the facility as a whole - all residing withing the very well-managed Sandestin complex. "Enjoyed my stay, we were in the lobby every night playing Phase10 cards and drinking hot coffee. The rooms were clean and bed comfortable and the staff was very friendly, nice and welcoming. I also would recommend for their breakfast is meats that are not pork for those that don’t eat it."

"Beautiful property, excellent customer service, clean rooms! I could go on and on about this hotel. We had a wonderful time. If I return to Destin I will definitely be staying at this hotel. My only complaint is having to pay for every single thing at this hotel. For the amount you pay, you should be able to get more things for free during your stay, especially at the beach (ex.beach chairs). "
