"Breakfast is served earlier than all the other hotels. Therefore, we were able to enjoy our breakfast and drive to the park in time to get a parking spot. Hot tub was great after a long hike."

"We booked the room months in advance through Expedia and when we got there they downgraded our room because they said they had sold out the king with sofabed rooms, which is what we had booked 3 months earlier. Very disappointed. Also, the property is small for the number of people they hist. Breakfast was packed and the pool was as well. It was a great view. But honestly, everywhere in Springdale will have a great view. I would not stay here again because of their business practices. I...

"This hotel could not be in a better spot to enjoy the park. Just walk over the bridge and line up for the shuttle into Zion. Its a beautiful resort, nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. The brewery, market, coffee shop, and shuttle to go into town are all walking distance from your room. I would absolutely recommend staying here to enjoy Zion to the fullest"

"I didn't get to stay there only one night. I was transported by ambulance to a hospital so I really can't evaluate the stay I wish I could get money refunded. I paid for the whole stay and only spent one night Oh well, life I guess"

"This is my favorite stop so far on my trip from coast to coast. Although the spa tub was not working, it was huge with plenty of hot water and relaxation. The shower stall was amazing, with tiles of horses and other western imagery. Location is great. Very close to Zion Park, and the Belly of the Dragon is worth a visit. Staff is more than accommodating, food is farm to table, and even the roosters are friendly and will sit with you and keep you company. Lovely place for family or solo."
