"We booked the room months in advance through Expedia and when we got there they downgraded our room because they said they had sold out the king with sofabed rooms, which is what we had booked 3 months earlier. Very disappointed. Also, the property is small for the number of people they hist. Breakfast was packed and the pool was as well. It was a great view. "Breakfast is served earlier than all the other hotels. Therefore, we were able to enjoy our breakfast and drive to the park in time to get a parking spot. Hot tub was great after a long hike."

"This hotel could not be in a better spot to enjoy the park. Just walk over the bridge and line up for the shuttle into Zion. Its a beautiful resort, nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. The brewery, market, coffee shop, and shuttle to go into town are all walking distance from your room. I would absolutely recommend staying here to enjoy Zion to the fullest"

"This stay was so awesome for us. Close to everything in Springdale. Staff was awesome in assisting on replenishing items such as coffee pods/tp ect. Mini fridge good for storing essentials for the trails. Hot tub gave exceptional views of the red rock cliffs. Warm fireplace to relax by at night. "The worst thing about this hotel is that the dryer doesn't actually dry the clothes; it's overpriced and doesn't include parking. The national park isn't worth visiting—there’s no good scenery—and prices in the small town are too high. I didn't like it."
