"Enjoyable stay. Loved the ice cream served at check in. L1 lounge with complimentary drinks was a very nice touch - quiet getaway after a busy day shopping and exploring orchard road. Liked the complimentary parking. Impeccable service from front desk, house-keeping and bar team. Clean, good sized room with comfortable beds and good view of the surroundings. Had a good night sleep. Got our towels amenities on request. Quiet neighbourhood convenient 5 minutes walk from Orchard."

"I hardly write review but I must say this is the Best hotel so far with reasonable charge in Singapore. So attentive to detail. Finally a hotel that doesn't put work table right under blower and freeze me all the time. Good bathroom design and water pressure, quiet and nice, polite staff, fast check in, free breakfast with so much choices and much nicer in taste/healthy than normal paid breakfast. Bed and pillow is firm, all just make my stay so comfortable vs other budget hotel! "

"Family trip to Singapore stayed over 4 nights. Place was neat and tidy and short walk to MRT. Breakfast was quite good variety of food and different everyday. All staff were very friendly and special thanks to Chef Kelvin. "

"It was fine for me. Nothing special. No window, but that was okay for me. Strange layout. Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was good enough for me. Coffee available. Orange juice available every other day it looks like. Eggs over easy only. I asked for scrambled eggs. But, depends on who’s manager that morning. One morning it was okay to get scrambled. Business stay

"Upon check in the room was not very clean- sugar granules and quite a bit of hair on the desk. Subsequent nights were fine, house keeping did a good job. The air cond was noisy throughout the stay. The breakfast area was very packed especially during 8-8:30am. Recommend to get another coffee machine to cater for all the guests. "
