"The check-in process and check-out process was fantastic and the staff was extremely informative about the property. Breakfast was phenomenal each morning and was well maintained by the workers on shift. Finally, the amenities were great with the balcony and communal pool/fire pit area being excellent as well. Tough to find a better property compared to Twin Mountain Inn and Suites, so let the staff and property accommodate your Pigeon Forge expedition!"

"I liked the continental breakfast to get the day started. Parking was fine. Room smelled moldy and musty, like old rug and old furniture. "The property breakfast was really good and many choices to choose from. However, I was given a handicapped room that I didn’t ask for and the shower experience was really terrible. My family and I were not able to shower properly due to to the way the shower water rain all over the floor."

"Very nice, clean & affordable. The gentleman who assisted with check in was so incredibly sweet & genuine. It was during a time frame where everyone seemed to be checking in at once. He maintained his sweet & professional attitude the entire time. He didn’t miss a single stride & everything went smoothly.
