"Front desk staff, Hannah, greeted me with a friendly smile; such a nice welcome at the end of my day’s travel. She was friendly and polite, assisting me with local restaurant and 4th of July event recommendations. The room was stylish and the bed (mattress and pillows) were very comfortable. The airport shuttle driver, Vern, met me with a smile for my early morning plane departure. I will return here again on my next visit through Spokane."

"The property was clean and the staff very nice. The TV didn’t work. The desk clerk tried to fix it but couldn’t. The air conditioner’s fan sounded raspy most of the time. Hard to sleep with the noise it made. The pet area is very small and very overgrown with weeds. The breakfast was good and day staff very nice. The staff was receptive to resolving the issues."

"Our room was ready when we arrived. It was bigger than we expected. It was also clean. Check in was fast and friendly staff. The breakfast was great a lot of good options and it never ran out, which is nice when the hotel is sold out. I did not use hot tub. Overall a great experience and we will still here again."

"This is a wonderful little hotel. The staff were nice and super helpful, including giving sightseeing recommendations. The breakfast was delicious. And the room was clean and neat. A plus was that the shower head was able to adjust the flow of water depending on your preference."

"The room was ok just the floor when water from my soda can dripped on the floor when I wipe it up the cloth was filthy but the floor looked clean. As far as the staff they were very polite and did the best they could when the vending machine ate my money I guess they managed to get it back for me when I went to pick it up at front desk they couldn't find it so I told them to just add it to the tip I left in the room for the ladies that clean it. "Breakfast was so convenient and delicious. Really nice and clean. Seems to be new. There's traffic noise( We were on 1st floor) but to be expected near airport. Only had one night but would recommend this hotel."

"We liked the smaller size. It was busy sometimes but never chaotic. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety to please every family member. We also liked that the hotel had a elevator. It made it easier on my 85 YO Mom.we did not use the hot tube or pool so we don't have a response on them. The staff was great! "Hotel is just above average. Decent rooms and pool/spa area. Lots of communal areas downstairs. Breakfast had very little options and is the same every morning. Beware of an additional charge for the safe in your room. I've never had additional charges for a safe before. Front desk will reverse the fee for you, but I didn't even know about it until I got home and saw the extra charge on my bank account."

The hotel had us in a second floor room, but my dad was so tired from traveling that we asked if there was a first floor room they could change us to.
