"This is a small out of the way older property . Nothing fancy . Not so much a family fun spot and away from the crowds. It's not 5 star but it's comfortable. I have stayed here about 12 times when i go to Orlando. I return twice a year to clean my family cemetery plots not for the attractions. The husband and wife staff are very friendly. I have never seen any bugs in the rooms . And I always feel safe. A nice quiet place, inexpensive, away from the crowds, nothing fancy."

"The place has a bad roach and ant problem. After walking to my non smoking room on the non smoking floor, all you smelled was marijuana and cigarettes. First sign was when I first walked in the room and saw half the smashed dead body of a roach on the wall. It was clear that someone killed it and left it there. No phone, no remote for tv, key gave trouble, didnt have ext blanket.. Trash all over the place. Only area clean was the pool. Not my first time there, but my last. 😡"
