The staff went above and beyond my expectations, they truly cared about the guests. Shova(hopefully spelled correctly) was very compassionate and understanding, knowing that many guests have family at Mayo Clinic. The hotel was amazing, great rooms, spacious, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!

Fantastic stay. Best hotel experience I’ve had, probably ever. Room was perfect for our week stay. 2 bedroom suite for 5 person family and kitchen saved us so much money on food and had ample space for everyone to move around and not be on top of each other. Pool was amazing-kept kids entertained all week. Friendly staff. Lots of outdoor space. Could have stayed longer. Very comfortable stay.

Room was clean. We had a couple of clogged sinks, but they were promptly taken care of when we made the front desk clerk aware. Breakfast was very good. All staff were friendly if sometimes difficult to understand because of the language barrier. We enjoy staying here.
