"I tried to reached to them a week before my travel to get some information about the transport options to the hotel nobody responded i was already heading towards the hotel when i received an email in italian with useless information. "An incredible stay at Villa Neri for my wife and I. The room was large (Deluxe) and had one of the best bathrooms I had ever seen. The food at the Hotel is easily the best I have had at a hotel and deserving of a Michelin star. We were also very big fans of the hotel cats and their kittens and enjoyed seeing them treated well by staff.
