"Thank you for having us. Lovely hotel. Clean. Housekeeping lady with blue hair from Ukraine was lovely and sweet. Yuri at Bar was delightful too! Thank you for all the aperols :) team at front desk was responsive. Appreciate them fixing issues. In general, would stay again. I hope they fix lobby soon and make it easy to navigate with luggage. Also, please have engineering on duty at night to reset breakers or teach your team to do it. "

"This is our second time here and it just gets better and better. The entire staff is so pleasing , they are all willing to assist in making your stay a Grand one. Shady and Francesca at the front Desk are exceptionally wonderful and warm folks. Regardng, the restaurant downstairs, 5 star service+++. Carmine and Andre are the best servers ever... You will be missing out if you dont eat here. You will not regret this stay. Trust me! The rooms are so clean and comfortable. "

"This hotel was wonderful. Great breakfast and clean rooms. The metro buses are nearby and we were able to easily navigate all the places we wanted to see in Rome during our six day stay. Two buses stop directly across the street and several more stopped three blocks away. Many nearby shops including a laundromat with same day service. Our first night we asked for a recommendation on restaurants. Ristorante Scarpone was a nearby option they recommended. It was fabulous! We would stay at this...

"Clean room and staff. Not enough amenities and were not replenished when room was cleaned."

"If room floor between bedroom and kitchen does not have up/down steps, that stay could be perfect. Multiple people from my group tripped. It could be a danger for falling or twisting ankle then ruin your trip. Several motion or sound activated the floor lights was installed around the area, which helps a bit but the light could turn on when you move in the bed unexpectedly, not good for light sleepers too. Hope they fix the ditch and make the floor even and flat. It is a very weird design and...
