This was an amazing hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful. The rooms were very clean, large with a lovely view on the deck of the gardens. The breakfast was also worth paying for. We would definitely come back to this hotel again. Best hotel we have stayed in so far during our France visit.

Séjour d’une nuit en octobre, ça sent la fin de saison estivale. Personnel réduit, propreté chambre correcte sans plus, il y a un escalier. (Large) en bois qui est bruyant pour accéder aux chambres, si la vôtre en est proche on entend les allées et venues.

Globalement bien

Situation géographique légèrement à l’écart de Rocamadour, ce qui permet d’être un peu à l’écart de l’afflux de touristes. Légèrement déçu pour la carte du restaurant qui ne propose aucun plat avec du fromage de Rocamadour (si ce n’est le plateau de fromage), alors qu’une simple salade de chèvre, ou une sauce chèvre sur une viande par exemple serait des propositions simples à mettre en place pour permettre de déguster ce délicieux fromage local.

El lugar esta bien; pero lejos de las atracciones de Rocamadour, lo bueno que traíamos carro y hay estacionamiento suficiente; Creo que decidiría mas por la Cite medieval si volviera a ir; alrededor del hotel no hay nada más que bosque; depende del modo en el que vayas.

Non offre i servizi di un hotel 4 stelle. Per due giorni consecutivi hanno dimenticato di pulire le stanze e di cambiare la biancheria come avevamo richiesto. L'albergo è gestito da ragazzi disorganizzati e per nulla preparati. Peraltro nessuno sa una parola di inglese. Quindi per noi è stato impossibile riuscire a comunicare adeguatamente. Livello scadente, non consigliabile.

À peine 2*, à fuir

Très loin du standard 4* octroyé en 2020. A déclasser d'urgence. Un peu de déco sur un bâtiment et des équipements très ordinaires plus un manque d'entretien intérieur et extérieur. Personnel qui fait son possible mais débordé dès l'accueil. Pas de Direction. Chambre petite, prestations très basiques, finitions approximatives, serviette sale, meuble de salle de bain sale, pas de ménage entre les 2 nuits, bruit de la climatisation, bruit du restaurant au dessus, vue sur les mauvaises herbes,... Sur le plan de la sécurité, fissures inquiétantes sur certains murs, couloir pas éclairé, pas de détecteur incendie dans la chambre.
