"We did not get our room cleaned"

"The room was really dirty. I found the cable in the hair as soon as I walked into the room. I requested that the room be vacuumed, but it wasn't done well enough, so I couldn’t get a good night's sleep because my allergies made it hard to breathe. The hotel was also not well-maintained, as you will get a strong chemical smell when you walk out of the elevator, as if you were at a hair salon where women get their hair bleached. The breakfast was supposed to be top-of-the-line for the hotels in the area, but it left much to be desired."

"The ceiling shower head did not work, the phone shower kept falling off, we kind of had to lay it against the shower wall so it would stay in please. The bathroom glass sliding door kept opening by itself. The staff used to be very friendly, now they seem a little too serious, like bored or in a bad mood, not all of them but some. The bartender always has a great attitude, no issues there. Other than that everything was good."

"We enjoyed our visit, the breakfast was delicious. Waffles, egg omelette, potatoes with bell peppers, breakfast sandwiches and so much more. The room was clean, well stocked and roomy for 4 adults and one teen. I would have liked the pool to be opened at least an hour later, closes at 9 pm. The pool was perfect to relax, great for the small kids not for swimming. The wind was cold, warmed up next to a fire pit. Take advantage of the parking garage, great price - even though street parking is safe."

"Great hotel location with safe, daily fee parking that was charged to the room. The room was perhaps Too spacious (I could do gymnastics in there) with a very low bed that felt weird getting in and out of. Otherwise great location to downtown and had a great bar and restaurant atmosphere if you wanted something convenient."
