Great hotel in a convenient downtown location. Very modern room with excellent amenities. The hotel restaurant had a great lunch menu and there are several dinner options within easy walking distance if you want to go out.
The room was very clean, quiet and classy. They even have a safe you can use in the room. There's a coffee maker and mini fridge in the rooms, an ice machine on every floor, but no microwave in each room- just downstairs by the restaurant and "snack shop". The staff are very kind, welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant is expensive, but good food and very relaxing being low lighting settings at night time. There's valet parking and room service.
5/10 - Average Stay, Great Staff, Overhyped
We stayed at the Leo Kent for two nights and found it to be average at best. The room was nice enough, and the bathroom looked good, but the shower had visible grime in the corners of the glass. The bed was comfortable, though the sheets felt heavily starched and not very soft.
The staff throughout the hotel were excellent, friendly, professional, and welcoming. Breakfast was also a highlight, with exceptional service and a great experience overall.
Parking was a major frustration. Despite expectations, it's $35 per day, and the shared garage is confusing, with many spots seemingly reserved for others. Finding parking felt unnecessarily difficult and made it seem like guests were being pushed toward valet.
The bar experience was disappointing. While staff were respectful, the hotel prioritized filming social media content over serving waiting guests. After a long day, I ordered a vodka martini with blue cheese olives and was told they didn't have them. No alternative was offered, so I settled for a signature cocktail, which was good, but the overall experience left a sour impression.
Overall, the Leo Kent isn't a bad hotel, but I don't understand the hype. Great staff can't completely make up for the cleanliness issues, parking headaches, and inconsistent guest experience.
We came down from Phoenix to see a comedy show. The hotel was in close proximity to the legendary Riolato Theater. The restaurant was perfect for a late night snack. Our room was clean and cozy..plus we were able to log into Prome and being the Morning Show. It was exactly what we needed to a
One of the best hotels in a long time! From the moment we arrived, the team at reception was outstanding. Stephanie, the hotel manager assisted us fulfilling our needs upon arrival. It is a beautiful property, comfortable rooms, and a great bathroom. We intend to enjoy another stay in a few weeks.
The room was lovely and quiet. The staff was professional and attended to all of our needs kindly.

Parking was safe and underground so our car remained cool during hot days. Parking was extra. Our room was beautiful and clean and quiet. The hotel was beautifully decorated and unique from the moment we stepped in the front door. I loved all the potted plants. Overall it was a great experience.
Nice hotel. Best were the staff, front desk very friendly, valet people good, and liked the bar/restaurant food/drinks. Conner at bar was very friendly and good @ conversation, even remembered my name!
