"I came to relax after a long day at a conference. I planned on going swimming. I never made it there. After making a few phone calls, I realized the bed was too comfortable to move. I had a great night sleep- didn't wake up once for a bathroom trip, and I usually do at home. I highly recommend. "

Didn't stay here, and wasn't offered a refund (in fairness it was a non-refundable booking, but under the circumstances I think a refund would have been fair). "

"I originally checked into the hotel and was assigned a room that when I got there the room was not clean, the toilet had feces in it and there were dirty towels in the bathroom. I approached the front desk to move rooms, but was met with well a non apologetic guest host who in my opinion made me feel like it was my fault. "I attempted to check in when i made reservation to sleep there for the night and no one was at front desk neither did they answer the phone when i called reservations center to transfer call to the office"

"I booked a two-night stay here but checked out after the first night because the room was in unacceptable condition. When we arrived, the room clearly had not been cleaned. There was urine on the toilet, the pillowcases were dirty, and many surfaces looked like they had not been wiped down at all. The window was open with no screen, which made it feel unsafe and unsanitary. I actually had to go to the store and buy cleaning supplies just to make the room usable.
