"10 out of 10 hotel. Very chill atmosphere. Great for families, couples, or even just a solo trip. The restaurant inside the restaurant was excellent. The pool and tiki bar attached were perfect with great drinks and good food to hold you over til dinner. The room was great. We had a room with a view of the marina and it was perfect. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. My wife and I will definitely be back."

"The comforter and shower curtain liner didn’t appear to be very clean. Also, we’ve never been to a hotel that doesn’t do basic maintenance to the rooms. We requested new towels at 8am so we could have clean ones to shower with and by the time we got back at 4pm they weren’t outside our door so we had to request them again. We had to request new bed sheets to make our bed feel clean again. Lastly, the sink didn’t drain. Everything else about the property was great."

"Great Stay with Excellent Shuttle Service! We recently stayed for 1 night during our Key West vacation and had a very pleasant experience overall. Location – The hotel is conveniently located close to the Key West downtown area. What really stood out was the complimentary shuttle service that runs every hour to Downtown/Mallory Square—extremely convenient and saved us from driving and paying for parking.
