"Upon check-in, we did not get the 2 room types we reserved which were 2 queens in each and to compromise, we were given a 3rd room. But all rooms were single bed with pullout bed and not close to each other. This required my family to completely split up and wife and I to separate along with the kids. This caused a big inconvenience as we share toiletries, food, etc."

"The hot tub was green and the pool was in such disrepair it felt unsafe to even get in with chlorine tablets sitting right at the return and the light hanging out by the wire and sitting on the pool edge. With this being the only 2 search criteria I chose it was very disappointing to say the least. "This was a horrible experience. Booked a two night stay in a non-smoking double bed room because I had two children with me. Upon arrival I was told my reservation was changed to a smoking queen bedroom, I accepted due to it being late at night. The room was DISGUSTING with stained sheets and it REEKED. Went downstairs and asked for a different room, was told there wasn’t a double bed available. As I was leaving the front desk staff stopped me and said “if you have cash, I can find something.”...

Reserved nonsmoking room.. receptionist stated they didnt hv any more rooms altho at 7 am day of checkout parking lot empty and rooms were still empty.. so a liar! No deposit tho. Wud not stay again.
