"The customer service was amazing. Our trip happened during renovations and how we booked our trip wasn't available for how the renovations were being made and they let us change rooms with no extra charge, that was amazing, but the renovations did wake us up earlier than we wanted. The only really thing I can complain about was the house keeping, I didn't like that they came at 9 every morning. We were just barely waking up and so we only got our room cleaned once.
