My husband and I stayed for one night and enjoyed our stay. The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We slept really well as there was no noise, and the room temperature was perfect. There was a small electric fireplace in the room which made things cozy. Nice staff and good amenities. We'll return.

Terrific 2-bedroom option!

Very comfortable stay in one of the two-bedroom suites. My son and I also enjoyed the pool in the evening. We had to leave too early to try it, but breakfast also looked great. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Blacksburg.

Cute room, lots of common space inside and out. Parking was limited but adequate while we were there. Would like to see small fridge in the room, large fridge in kitchen but not sure anything left in there would be still there when you wanted it. There is a charge for breakfast which we found odd for a B&B, we didn't try it so I can't comment on quality. Staff was friendly and messages were answered promptly. Still can't figure out ROKU TVs...not the first locations we've had that issue.

The B&B is on a quiet street very close to downtown AND to beautiful pickle ball courts. Couldn’t be better situated. It’s in a few houses, each with kitchens, living rooms, etc. Breakfast was extra. Room was clean and comfortable.
