"I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and divers as well as the super. The star were the open air baths. For those like me with their head in the clouds, the bath can be accessed from the 6th floor where the onsens desk is. I loved my stay. Thank you! "

We had plenty of help with finding local attractions and restaurants and even booking taxis and making reservations for restaurants. The common areas were really clean and cosy. We requested to change our room free of extra charge, which was really great as not all rooms have showers inside bathrooms. "
