"Clean room, staff are accommodating, small but it’s expected in Japan. Daily room clean service, the hotel location is 100 % perfect as it is in the centre of everything. "

"I had a very large room with a nice view. Had a whole table with 4 chairs, kitchenette-burner stove, utensils, plates, separate sink to do dishes, microwave, washer/dryer. They changed pajamas, towels, and emptied trash daily. Buffet breakfast is good. Nice view out the window while eating breakfast too. Hotel staff is extremely nice & helped me with a laundry mishap-very accommodating. Closest station is Odori Station & Susukino Station is close too. Close walk to Odori Park which is why I was there-for snow sculpture festival. However, it’s a 20min walk to Sapporo JR Station-you can walk completely underground due to the snow, but just be aware. Was maybe a 10-12min walk from airport bus drop-off area. Close walk to restaurants and shopping."

"Front desk was amazing. We arrived before check in time and left the luggage with them and went out exploring. When it was time to check-in, they had already sent the luggage to our room:) They were also very helpful in explaining about the shuttle bus. Breakfast buffet was the same everyday, and there was an option for a set meal at a Japanese restaurant too. "

"Was great experience to stay at Westin Rusutsu Resort. Perfect accommodation, and excellent service. Food is good at restaurant and massage was amazing. "
