Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
It was just a rundown Property as I arrived late and had a reservation for three rooms with double beds in it paid extra for it. Also, the rooms are not available. He gave this room that had queen size beds in it and that was a problem as you are not couples staying in the same room. The person at the counter did not speak any other language than Arabic so it was hard to communicate not to ask for any thing from him. The rooms are leaking water in the bathroom and the door locks were not working properly at all. We stayed there only for the convenience because our flight was delayed for nine hours and we didn’t get any compensation from the Airline and could not stay at the airport for nine hours to get the visas to go outside the airport and each is cost $120 so the whole trip was a mess anyway it says that it was about 10 miles from the airport. The taxi ride costed us 250 riyal so you have to be very careful with the taxi drivers also when it comes to the point of pain they pretend that they don’t understand anything and they just want their money. Good luck traveling through this country.
