Overnight stay in Riyadh for shopping trip.

A comfortable room and clean. I had a great sleep. I’d stay again as good value for what you get. My only issue with this hotel is that the location is incorrect on the booking site, and I had difficulty finding it. It was only after I rang the number and was sent the location that I found the hotel.

I find it suitable when every known 3 start hotel is fully booked. I did not use WiFi, TV, or even telephone but noticed that wireless charger is not working as well as no sufficient power outlet near bedhead. The room is clean, and shower experience was pleasant. What might stop me from coming back again was the pale reception of front desk member, and mandating a security deposit!!!! At check-out, someone must inspect the room in order to release same!

Leider war das Hotel eine reine Baustelle. Reparaturarbeiten sofort am Empfang so das ich dachte, ich bin an der falschen Adresse. Auch auf meiner Etage Reparaturarbeiten. Laut, staubig und dreckig. Ich habe Fotos gemacht falls Interesse besteht. Danke das ihr mir geholfen habt, keine weitere Macht dort zu verbringen

Lack of hospitality managment. This hotel has verry nice rooms, new and clean. Thats it ! Unfortunatly the loby is not to be compaired with the rooms, the coffe shop is a mess, there is no laundry service, there is no room service. Fot the price they charge there are many other hotels nearby with much better service

1- السعر لم يكن متطابق مع الفندق ، بالفندق كان السعر أقل وأفضل . 1-الغرفة لم تكن مثل الصور في الحجز ولكن بعد رغبتي بالخروج من الفندق والنقاش معهم بسبب أن سعرهم أقل من هوتيل كوم وغضبي من أن الإفطار غير مجاني تم ترقية الغرفة بتعميد من مديرهم ابوتركي ومنحي الغرفة المطابقة للصور بالموقع . 2-الإفطار لم يكن مجاني بل تم الحساب عليه ولكن تم خصم 50% على السعر الموجود . 3-التعامل من الإدارة والموظفين لم يكن بالشكل الإحترافي والجميل ، ومثال ذلك : تمت موافقة مدير التسويق لديهم بمنحي افطار مجاني للغلط وسوء الفهم الحاصل لأكتشف أنه بعد افطارنا ومساءا أخبروني أن الإفطار تم حسابه علينا ويجب دفعه. 4- بشكل عام كانت تجربة لن أعيدها لاحقاً .
