The guest arrived after midnight and she was told that there is no room for her. and the hotel is fully booked because arrived after midnight!!! keep in mind that her flight already landed to Riyadh after midnight. So, our feedback on the stay, is not available since we were not granted it, also, we blacklisted the hotel from our list. also, we might looking to reserve our hotel rooms for the employees through different booking web page.

فندق ممتاز وهادىء بسعر بسيط واعتبرة خياري المفضل في الرياض وهذه المرة الخامسة التي اقيم في هذا الفندق الجميل, ولي ملاحظه بسيطه جدا وتحفظ على الغاء الفطور الخاص بي مت قبل الفندق مع ان الفطور مشمول وموجود في ايميل تأكيد الحجز الذي وصلني من هوتيل دوت كوم, ولكن هذا لايقلل من جمال وراحة وهدوء الفندق

Hotel was very nicely appointed. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay. Dinner buffet and included breakfast was excellent. Staff were very polite, helpful and efficient. We arrived in the late evening and would not have found the hotel if we hadn't had Google Maps to navigate by. Hotel is tucked away in an industrial looking area on the western side of the Gardenia Centre.
