Excellent welcome at reception, spacious rooms, high quality amenities. The breakfast was a BIG disappointment. It is priced as higher-end 5* hotels, but with limited choice of items, questionable freshness of food and slowness in serving even coffee and tea. Not to be repeated!

The worst that can happen is when you wake up in the morning and you don't have hot water. This is the most basic need and if the hotel is unable to provide this then to be it's a failure. After I complained an engineer came to the room and saw the issue and after I returned to my room later the problem was still there.

ممتاز جداً ونظيف والموظفين محترمين واخص بالشكر الاخت نادية يوجد مشكلة واحدة فقط المطعم والكوفي الموجود بالهوتيل لايستقبل اطفال حيث ذهبت لهم مرتين في المره الاولى ابلغني انه لابد تحجز للدخول وقلت له انا ساكن بالهوتيل وايامي محدودة كيف احجز بعد يوم ويومين والمره الثانيه اتصلت وحجزت ٥ اشخاص وعند الدخول الظهر للغداء ابلغني الموظف بأنه غير مسموح للاطفال بالدخول للمطعم ارجوا من الفندق توفير مطعم وكوفي خاص بالنزلاء للغداء والعشاء ويسمح بدخول الكل مثل بقية الفنادق
