Very disappointing stay. The room was not clean, and the bathroom was very dirty and poorly maintained. The reception staff were also unprofessional and did not communicate properly. I arrived a couple of hours before the official check-in time after a long international journey. Instead of clearly explaining that early check-in was not available, they repeatedly told me to wait another ten minutes. I waited for around 30 minutes, only to be told that check-in was not until 2:00 pm. I understand the check-in policy, but the way the staff handled the situation was frustrating and disrespectful. Overall, the cleanliness and customer service were well below what I expected. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the hotel for future guests.

Location they put is a incorrect because of that it cost me more money to pay for Uber:, the area is in residential; the room was super creepy , bed facing door , mirror facing the window, another mirror facing the bed; the phone for reception not working ; gave me same room even I asked for new one : I had to pay for my adaptor bec all plugs cannot use for charging . Having issues for reservation.. it was a nightmare luckily this was my last stop, I cannot sleep close to airport not sky tower nor Al Olaya what a waste

الفندق استأجرته شهر للامانه كان عكس الصور تماما كل شي ناقص وماكان نظيف ابد الفرش فيها بقع والكنب كان له ريحه وبقع برضوا والاستقبال فيه ثنين يتناوبون واحد مره خلوق ومؤدب ومحترم ولمى نطلب خدمة الغرف مايقصر بسرعه يرسلهم حقيقي كان الحسنه الوحيده بالفندق اما الموظف الثاني نفسيه ولا يحترم احد كانوا متفضل عليك بسكن مجاني يرد من راس خشمه واذا طلبنا شي يسحب طبعا اعطيه الفندق ٣ من ١٠ لسببين السعر كان كويس وقربه من الاماكن اللي كنت احتاجها وفيه عندهم مغسلة ملابس كويسه وبقاله ٢٤ ساعه ومحطه برضوا بجنبهم الموقع كويس اما الباقي مانصح فيه ابد لكن طلعت منه وهو مغلق من وزاره السياحه للصيانه والتعديل ان شاء الله يتعدلون ويتغير الاستقبال لخدمة عملاء احترافيه مو ذاك المصري اللي يرد من خشمه ليتني اعرف اسمه وبس والله هذي خلاصة تجربتي ان شاء الله تكون فيها فائده
