"Beautiful location and great proximity to Xcaret park. However, you can tell they are short staffed in some areas and by the end of the night they might be overwhelmed or tired to follow through with any requests. The food was ok. Would still come back with the family."

"Loved it food was great in the buffet, staff were all nice and there was a lot of entertainment. Only thing I didn’t like was that reservations for the restaurants were impossible to makes they were always full and I would check as early as 5am and there wouldn’t be anymore availability."

One of the highlights of our stay was the snorkeling. It was exceptional—we were able to see sea turtles, tropical fish, and so much beautiful marine life right off the beach, which made the experience unforgettable. What truly makes this resort stand out, though, is the staff. Every single team member went above and beyond to make our stay special. From housekeeping and turndown service to the concierge team and Preferred Club servers, everyone was warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. You can truly feel how much pride they take in creating an amazing guest experience. "We loved everything! The food was outstanding, but you should make reservations before the trip. The room was comfortable and clean, and we loved the two hammocks on the balcony. We took advantage of the free classes- salsa dancing, watercolor, weaving, stretching. The whole property felt lush and tropical, and we had so much fun exploring down different pathways. Be sure to visit the chapel on top of the hill! The only thing that surprised us was how expensive the basic spa services were, so we skipped those but didn't miss them at all. We would go back!"
