"This is a hired company, acting on someone else's behalf with zero communication. Completely stressful when it should not have been.There IS a deposit that you have to email them a picture of your credit card, ID and a selfie but the actual amount isn't listed. Even Expedia had no clue the deposit amount. The area is not a good area, actually marked as an area to avoid. But we had no issues. House was clean but trash in the front yard and back yard.
