"The staff was amazing and very helpful. The location of this hotel was perfect for me and my husband. It was located on the Riverwalk but it wasn’t in a crowded area. The hotel and surrounding area were very quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good! The only complaint is the bathroom(toilet and shower) is very tight."

"Beware on charges, we couldnt find close parking space so we had to do valet parking for 182 dollars for 36 hours, they charged 25 dollars 2 times for service then you find you can use it for drinks if you dont use them you loose them, we wanted to use it the 2 day our check out day they didnt alliw it, pool was dirty like black grease all around, and chairs with this black mud as well, nice hotel, but also i found a cockroach in my room."

It's at a perfect location... 5 minute walk to the Riverwalk.. it looks retro from outside.. and very modern inside... Loved it... Staff was great.. I loved that it had a bar and a really nice and clean 24/7 fitness center... The vibe was on point and our room was clean and perfect... I will be staying at this hotel again my next visit to San Antonio 👍"

"The Inn on the Riverwalk is a very nice property located on a street that dead ends at the riverwalk. There is almost no traffic and the area is nice and safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was freshly prepared and was quite good. Overall, our stay was great."

"I really loved this place, beautifully decorated, staff was very friendly and attentive. Restaurants are all throughout, including breakfast/brunch and 2 restaurants, plenty of places to get a drink onsite as well as across the street on the river walk. There is a larger than “normal”deposit required for your stay, depending on the amount of days you stay. If it’s for a weekend it’s not bad, but think of $100-$150/night. Still would stay again because the amenities and staff were above and...
