"Sparklingly clean, lovely decor & outstanding staff."

"I gave one star because I was not able to stay at this hotel but ended up paying for the night. When I was trying to make the reservation I had a lot of problems switching to the night I needed to stay, then I logged out and did it again and I thought I had the correct date but I didn’t. To make the story short I picked the wrong date. I called the hotel and Expedia they were not able to help me to switch my reservation to the following day but ended paying again for another hotel because...

"We really love the place. It was walking distance from some of the best steaks in Long Island. The staff was so friendly our room could possibly need a new coat of paint rather than that the room was in very good condition."

"Everything was excellent. However wish we had free breakfast, and we wish the hostess when we checked was a little friendlier, the other 2 were ok. Not too friendly or attentive. Hotel was beautiful, clean etc. We would definitely return again "

"Did not feel safe. Dirty towels bedding decussing. Would never take a shower. Had 2 towels and 1 washcloth with a big black stain on it Will never go back again"
