"It felt like the reception was understaffed. The staff was friendly though. We only stayed one night. The room was excellent."

"Pool had to much Clorine in it to the point the water looked white. My son face is broken out on account on it. Ask if my room can get cleaned after day 2 of being there and they only brought towels didn’t change or make the beds which is a new one for me. "

"The room had no towels no blankets on the bed when we asked for blankets and towels they said they had to find some got ready to take a shower the shower head was falling off the shower you could not adjust the shower it was just flowing down on one speed water was coming from underneath the sink from the shower the toilet was leaking they said they had no more rooms to move us to finally the next day we got towels in the housekeeper gave us towels after she took the dirty towels now we have booked two rooms here for four nights and it was a disaster the only good thing is that the shuttle bus driver was good and they took you and dropped you off and did come back and pick you up but late at night the front desk clerks takes the phone off the hook and they're laying up on the desk with their head down sleep so you can't disturb them to get a call in so then we had to take a uber back and it was 11:00"

"The staff should let the guests know by phone that if you don’t get your room cleaned in the morning, they will put a note under your door saying they will enter the room without your permission. I was annoyed because the housekeeping staff saw us and spoke to us upon us leaving the room. My cell phone number was given at check in and it was working. We were out of the room for at least 3 hours. We came back and went to sleep because we drove from Boston and were up late the night before. Communication is important and it’s necessary!"

"Room was dirty, hair on bedsheets, stains on comforter and sheets. Looked like sheets weren’t even changed, pillows are old and flat not fluffy not comfortable, the bathroom door had no handle and I actually got locked in bathroom, toilet also had a hard time flushing, behind sink was gross!! Tub was not clean. Microwave was clean which is crazy cause everything else was bad. Also found needle under bed!!! I had stayed with my two kids one being a baby! Place was gross so no need to put baby on floor that was sticky ! No need to say I wont ever be staying at this place again! "

"Did not have food on the property. Electricity was glitchy. A/C and phone stop working. Got stuck in the elevator at one point"

"Staff were so helpful and the valet was amazing! Breakfast was exceptional. The room was fairly clean however did have some stains on the cushions (couch). Overall great stay and I would return."

"The halls smelled terrible like cigarettes. They didn’t clean our room, not even dump out the trash. And at night the air conditioning was unbearably loud. And the elevator was constantly dirty, with a ‘spit’ mark on the wall, or something on the floor."
