"The property was fine, however there was a dance competition with a hoard of maybe 8 - 12 year girls and their families. So it was very loud, and when the kids went to bed, the mothers were out in the halls carrying on. The hotel did move me to a higher floor, but it was very busy."

"A couple of repair details that should have been seen by the staff previously. We noticed a light bulb out and the 'breakfast nook' table that was supposed to be secured to the wall was coming apart. We only noticed it on the day we were leaving, but if we had sat at the table and put weight on it, it could have collapsed."

"I believe that nothing has been updated. The mattress looked like it been there since the place was built, well everything did. Tiny toilets, no room for your junk, you bottom out. You can hear the conversations in the next room. Seeing the ships in lock 7 is the only decent thing"

"The room was not properly cleaned, though the staff was helpful. The exhaust fan in the washroom not working. The fridge smelled awful. The wifi connection was very very poor.There was only one water dispenser in the hotel that was in the gym. The reason why I gave 3 star is because atleast the kids were able to enjoy the pool and the bowling alley attached to the facility(at extra cost). The breakfast was at additional cost but was good."

"Room itself was clean. Staff in a way helpful. Air conditioning unit was old, still in working condition but not necessary as it was rather cold. Parking was available right in front of the door. Beds were very very hard, fridge was freezing everything in, and microwave is on its last stretch (mismatched parts - plate was from the different one and was not turning). the faucet in the bath tub was broken and for the first few minutes I got dirty back water coming out of it. "It’s an OK Hotel. You get whatever you pay. The heater was OK and the AC was good too, overall it’s OK."

"The rooms seemed clean and recently renovated especially the luxury shower head. The only issues were with the area it was a bit sketchy and moderately loud. Overall good experience with the motel relative to the price."
