"No microwave in the room,no coffee ,and one of the bed making so much of noise when sleeps in."

"Beautiful interior. Construction on new tower opening summer 2027 ,so half property blocked off outside for construction. TV in room kept losing connection. Pub food was very good ( yummy fried bannock ) ,Fatburger meal very good as well. LOTS of slot machines in casino. Very large enclosed smoking area(" Embers") . Almost too busy and loud on a Saturday. Overall , nice stay. "

"I really enjoyed the dog friendly atmosphere, the breakfast was good, and the pool was nice size. I even enjoyed the gym every morning! Very clean hotel, with kind staff! Will stay again! Thank you!"

"Well appointed and very clean room! Situated very conveniently just off the highway and adjacent to a main thoroughfare, it was easily accessible from different directions. The Sandman is a well kept property, nicely decorated and conveniently, has both a Denny’s and Chop restaurant right outside the doors. Definitely would stay at the property again in the future!"

"Nice and spacious rooms, can easily accommodate a family of 6. My wife and I each grabbed a bed and we noticed the couch beside us was a pull out. I slept for 8.5 hours. I usually get 6 on average. Bathroom was also nice and big. Only reason I didn't go five star on this review is the hotel is under renos, which is good that it is being kept up to date, but would like to see what its like after they're done.Continental breakfast was nice. Very friendly staff."

"Room was clean, though the setup of having the sink and mirror outside the bathroom was a bit inconvenient with family and kids. We would have preferred to have the skin and mirror inside the bathroom. Hotel was nice, pool and hot tub were good! Location is great"

"The hotel is relatively new and looks nice and clean. The air conditioner in our first room didn’t work, but the hotel wouldn’t change our room until the repair tech couldn’t fix it, approximately an hour after we checked in. Kinda ridiculous! Anyway, everything else was fine."

"When I arrived to check in, my reservation had mistakenly been given to someone else and there was initially no record of my booking. The staff took the time to investigate, found the issue, and resolved it quickly. As an apology for the inconvenience, they upgraded me to a suite, which was a nice gesture and greatly appreciated. While the check-in experience was frustrating at first, the staff handled the situation professionally and made things right."

"I liked the rustic design of the bar and restaurant. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. Both the counter at the bar and my table in the restaurant were sticky like they had been wiped with a dirty cloth. This was disappointing. The upholstery on some of the restaurant seats is beginning to show significant wear."
