"Terrific staff, but both my colleague and I got sick after eating there (tacos in both cases). I would also have loved a different view than onto the indoors atrium, and a better coffee machine in the room (like a Nespresso)."

"I was only there for one night, but I found it to be clean, and well appointed. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and even assisted me in finding somewhere to have dinner when I arrived. The price for the room was also very reasonable, considering it was in a very nice area surrounding Austin Texas. Would recommend this Holiday Inn to anyone who’s looking for a pleasant experience."

"The room was okay, only staff that was kind and helpful was the Hispanic woman at the front desk. Breakfast was dry, the man serving breakfast seemed to rush us to finish. Didn’t get to enjoy much, honestly I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"There was not a coffee maker in the room which every motel we have stayed in always has a coffee maker in it. Also no ice bucket or plastic glasses in the room. At 8:30 am there were no eggs or pancake mix, yogurt machine was empty and also the orange juice was gone! Also no one was checking on the food or cleaning up the counter! Very disgusting! Did not get clean towels or maid service each day."
