"The hotel staff are EXCELLENT. Especially Dina. We were stuck in Rimini for 5 days due to the UK ATC issue and Ryanair’s incompetence. The kindness shown to us by Dina during this time was invaluable. She went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and that really helped ease a stressful situation.
