"Just more than perfect, the hotel not 4 stars u would say 7 stars, new, modern, very peaceful and customer oriented. Everything was customer oriented. Parking, room, service is outstanding, everyone English speaking, staff working 24/7. Really enjoyed every day, breakfast, dinner pool time. Highly recommend. "Excellent stay, Andrea goes above and beyond to welcome you. The info and PDF with links to local info, transport, places to eat etc., and directions to find him was great and really useful. Room had all you needed, fridge, kettle, comfy bed, washing line outside the window, which I didn't expect and really useful when you're interrailing for a month. Monterosso is fab, I will return and stay with Andrea again. Recommend 110%, even had a hug when we left after 3 nights. "

"Loved my stay at La Zorza! Super easy to find—right through the pedestrian tunnel from the train station and just a few steps uphill. "We met Michael at the train station and he carried my bag to my room!! Many many steps straight up to a beautiful room with a view of the Liguarian Sea. Paolo gave us a map, and basically helped us decide our itineary, where we had openings. He helped us get our hiking and train tickets purchased at a discount. Get in step climbing shape prior to coming. There are many steps in Cinque Terre area. Book a room with a view!!"
