"The check in procedure is ridiculous. Climbing over piled up snow to reach the key box which is located away from the building. Somehow towels and sheets are NOT included. They charge extra. And they its cheaper to buy them new than rent them. What an over complicated stay and waste of time."

"Perfect for our overnight. Really comfortable. "

"Very convenient, 2 minutes walk to railway station "

"This is the perfect place to relax, enjoy magnificent landscape (the Alps, plus not far from the beautiful Serre-Poncon lake), and to have a nice gastronomic experience. Staff is very nice and rooms very clean."

"Super rapport qualité-prix pour un hôtel très récent avec formule tout inclus ou pas Un peu à l’écart du centre donc au calme mais avec accès direct possible aux pistes. Chambre immense. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious."

"Nice hosts and good food. Good selction of beers on tap."

"This felt like a very special place to stay with my husband and 4 year old son. It was a real mountain adventure and we hadn’t realised just how close the small village centres would be. We were treated to an extra surprise when there was live music in the village on the Friday night as we had a wonderful meal. Alpin d’home has thought about everything and all the small touches made it feel like a luxury stay. We would love to stay again."

"Cheap, helpfulness, room clean, beautiful structure and environment. only the internal car park is not so big. It would be really a pleasure to come other times"

"Great hotel for a short or a long stay. It has a fabulous restaurant on site and is an easy walk to the town. The lake is close by. Staff were very friendly and helpful. On site parking is a bonus. "

"Great location by the lake. Emma in the restaurant was a gem! Food was good too. "

"We loved this hidden gem. Will go back. "

"Great locations, amenities and service. "

"Close to ski slopes and convenient parking. The owners are lovely and speak good English. Breakfast was nice."

"Es war die perfekte Unterkunft für uns. Wer ein 5-Sterne Hotel braucht, liegt hier falsch. Wer aber Ruhe, Ambiente, Freundlichkeit und ein mit Liebe serviertes, sehr leckeres Früstück den 5- Sternen vorzieht, bekommt hier 6- Sterne persönlich geschenkt. Fernab vom Massentourismus."

"Very nice hotel, excellent restaurant and friendly personnel!"

"Super vriendelijke mevrouw Ook al spraken we elkaars taal niet, we begrepen elkaar. : ) De glimlach van deze mevrouw en haar vriendelijkheid zijn de fijne dingen. Top..!"
