Séjour en famille

Arrivée compliquée suite à un problème technique sur la boîte à clé mais notre hôte Benoit a été très professionnel en nous changeant immédiatement d’appartement pour un encore mieux que celui réservé. Communication au top. Très bel immeuble propre et sécurisée et superbe appartement au pied des pistes. Je recommande et nous y retournerons

Les contraintes énoncées par le propriétaire quelques jours avant l’arrivée sont trop directives. Récupération des clés Remise des clés avant 10h00!et pas une minute après. Caution à payer avec des frais de caution non annoncés à la réservation. Système de caution avec indications seulement en anglais. Forfait ménage 60€ oui mais il faut avoir fait les 3/4 du ménage avant… donc 60€ pour 15min de travail supplémentaire cela fait cher… Bref plusieurs pages de consignes strictes à lire 3 jours avant l’arrivée… Literie de la grande chambre vraiment pas top, le matelas fait un creux au milieu et il est taché. Protège matelas déchiré alors qu’il y a tout un chapitre sur ce sujet dans les consignes. Sinon résidence agréable, appartement fonctionnel.

Agréable séjour.

Nous avons récupéré les clés sans problème dans une boite proche du chalet Le code est transmis 24h avant. Attention, le message est arrivé dans les spams. Nous nous installons en toute autonomie puisqu'il n'y a personne pour vous accueillir. L'état des lieux se fait via le site Swikly. L'appartement est propre (ménage probablement fait par les locataires précédents). Nous étions stationnés au parking public à proximité. Il y a la possibilité de se garer devant la porte pour charger ou décharger le coffre du véhicule. L'appartement est bien aménagé et assez spacieux pour deux ou quatre personnes. Le chalet est à proximité des commerces et des pistes. En fin d'après-midi, nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et du sauna. En fin du séjour, le responsable de RisoulSki, est passé. Nous avons pu converser de notre séjour et du logement. C’est bien d'avoir un interlocuteur plutôt qu'un site internet. La station de Risoul est agréable et vivante.

Nous sommes partis sur un coup de tête et en fait sans wifi dans la voiture, impossible de finaliser la réservation car tout se fait par internet ( ménage , draps, caution). Du coup beaucoup d’attente à l’arrivée . Dommage que la piscine soit trop froide, même pour des enfants . L’accès au bâtiment est difficile à trouver car ils se ressemblent tous . Nous aurions aimé savoir au départ que la vue de notre appt donnait en ss sol donc aucune vue alors que nous étions venus pour voir les montagnes . L’appartement était néanmoins très bien mais il faut tout apporter car juste du produit vaisselle et du papier toilettes .

Appartement pas propre, la règle ce qui compte c’est de louer... des locataires pigeons. Pourvu que ça dure ! En point positif. Belle residence, sauna et piscine agréable et belle vue du balcon, mais toujours pas propre.

Bien dans l'ensemble. Dommage que le sauna et la piscine aient été fermés. Très bien situé et possède tout ce dont on a besoin. Seul bémol la propreté, cela peut être justifié par le fait que notre séjour était hors saison. À voir en pleine saison. Malheureusement, tout était fermé. Aucun commerce, ne pas oublier d'apporter ses provisions.

Geweldig uitzicht vanuit een ruime accomodatie.

Ruim en schoon appartement. Keuken van alle gemakken voorzien. Ideaal voor een koppel of gezin met maximaal 2 kinderen. Mogelijkheid tot afsluiten van de slaapkamer met het woongedeelte. Badkamer schoon met apart toilet.Tijdens de vroege zomerperiode (voor half juli) geen supermarkten of restaurants open. Hiervoor kan je aan de voet van de berg in Guillestre naar de supermarkt of 1 van de vele restaurantjes bezoeken. Tocht naar beneden duurt ongeveer 20 minuten met de auto. Mooie locatie voor een scherpe prijs.

On est passé juste après la saison

Les tarifs de la réservation n'était pas très explicites. Surpris par des frais connexes, j'ai été obligé d'appeler les gestionnaires. Je suis tombé sur Charles puis Virginie qui ont compris ma situation et qui ce sont ajustés en conséquence. J'ai apprécié. Merci à eux.

Séjour au ski

Sejour de 5 jours en couple du 21 au 25 janvier. Nous avons réservé un appartement 4/6 personnes au Benski Antares, la résidence est très agréable et calme, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et sauna très peu fréquenté en cette période ainsi que les casiers à ski bien placés à côté des pistes.

C’est une honte!!!!! Nous avons attendu plus d’une heure et demie pour récupérer les clés de l’appartement dehors sous la neige !!! Nous devions avoir les clés pour 17h après notre journée de ski. Nous avons pu entrer dans l’appartement à 18h45. Nous avions réservé pour seulement une nuit et qu’elle surprise en arrivant...les draps et les serviettes n’étaient pas compris !!!! rien n’était précisé sur votre site!!! Dans le frigo il y avait un reste de sandwich !!!! Mais comment a été fait le ménage ???? Et pour en rajouter il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude. Nous avons pu nous laver que le lendemain matin. Après une journée de ski nous aurions aimé prendre une douche, même tiède.... Ce séjour n’a vraiment pas été satisfaisant. Je vous le déconseille.
