It took an hour and a half from the time I booked it to complete the online registration for both apartments. "It was impossible to park in front of the hotel. Parking garage behind the hotel. The only reason we were able to park was because we stopped in bus parking. (illegal ) My wife ran inside, grabbed someone from the hotel, they jumped in our car and showed us how to get to parking lot. That was a huge problem. Other than that, the staff and the hotel were beyond exceptional."
