Great place to Stay

A spacious modern room in an older building. My room had new kitchen supplies, appliances, and everything you need for a weeks stay. Great location near the city center, with a super mercado a 200 meters up the street. Easy place to get back to during day for a siesta/ lunch if desired. No staff on site, but very quick to respond via email. Directions in spanish and english on how to operate stove, microwave and laundry would be helpful for me, as I couldnt figure out how to operate

Fantastic stay in Malaga old Town

If i could have left a 6 star i would.The apartment/ Building was spotless and very well maintained.The listing is exactly as described end even better.We were in the Studio ,large double bed,plenty hanging /draw space for clothes,all toiletries and a super good hairdryer..Everything you need in a kitchen with the bonus of a laundry room on groumd floor with washer/drier free of charge.Limehome a 2mins walk to the old town with fantastic bars/restaurants and a 10 min walk to beach& Port..

The building and suite were in excellent condition. The suite was well furnished, the bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. What I didn’t like was that there is no front desk and no human being to ask for things. It’s all on-line and when it came to checkout, we were nervous that the key code wouldn’t come in time. (It did.) Also, there is no cleaning service unless you pay a lot extra for it. I wouldn’t have been concerned about that except was only had one set of towels for two nights.

Poor response to broken balcony door

Good points- location, clean and no key required to enter building or apartment. Bad points - asked for early check-in which was confirmed as 13.15 but code not issued to 14.00. Balcony lock broken so never got into balcony. Took 3 days to send a maintenance person who couldn’t get it open and never came back. Outside space looked really small with one table and only one chair and no view. Don’t believe what you see in the pictures.

Perfect for my stay in Malaga, right by the center and near everything I wanted to visit. The accommodations were beautiful and cozy. The air con was such a comfort for the hot weather. The kitchenette was exactly what I needed, with the coffee maker and coffees for each morning I was there. I would 100% stay here again!

very nice hotel where you feel like home, it’s very clean and cozy. a little noisy when you take a balcony because it faces the street. there is no reception, you open the hotel and the room with a code.

Very Good location, parking is a little bit far if you're packed ... the street was blocked for cars. while I was staying there, so it was a bit difficult to pack my luggage inside my car ... otherwise it's a sweet and almost fully automated structure, nice work.

Great place to stay, wonderful amenities especially the in house washers. Even though there is no staff on site, they were very attentive and respond immediately to inquiries. The studio I stayed in was fabulous, everything worked perfectly, hot water on demand! My only comment for improvement would be to have smaller pots (the two were both large) and maybe a fry pan. I’d book here again!

The room was advertised as having a balcony and the bathroom was supposed to offer toiletries like a toothbrush. It didn’t have either. The room, whilst it was comfortable and clean, it only had a small window to an inside light patio. Overall the experience was ok but clearly, I felt short changed not having a balcony. Also tried to connect to the internet but was not given a password. Trying to enquire about it, I only got connected to one of this stupid answering bots which told me that it cannot provide a password. As mentioned above, clearly short changed.

Mängel : 1. Nach der Eingabe der 4-stelligenKode auf der Bedienungstafel an der Tür muss man das Häckchen drücken "V" !!! . Das wurde nicht in der Anweisungen beschrieben. 2. Es gibt keine Vorrichtung zum Aufhängen der Wäsche . 3. Es gibt keinen Aschenbecher auf der Terrasse. Ansonsten alles Top ! DANKE !

Edificio reformado. La ubicacion esta muy bien, pero con muchisimo ruido. Las ventanas poco aisladas. El proceso del alta por internet un coñazo. Habitaciones que se anuncian de 21m cuadrados que no son. Si vas con familia o de viaje de negocios no es buena eleccion.
