Manutenção do ar condicionado quarto 1010.

Foi tudo bem. Uma pena que o ar condicionado do quarto não funcionou para resfriar em nada o quarto. Estava calor devido ao sol da tarde ser todo desse lado. Tivemos que dormir com a janela aberta ouvindo muitos ruídos externos.

Razoável a bom.

O quarto tem bom tamanho. As roupas de cama e o colchão são bons. A limpeza dos corredores e embaixo da cama deixam muito a desejar. Exaustor do andar apresentou problema e fez barulho alto durante a noite, atrapalhando em muito a noite.

Bom local

Local bem confortável. Só achei o estacionamento meio desprotegido porque fica aberto boa parte do tempo e, por estar nos fundos do hotel, não fica ninguém lá pra cuidar dos veículos (a rua é meio deserta). Outro ponto de melhoria é com relação ao "jogo americano" usado no restaurante/café da manhã. Como utilizam um de papel, a cada limpeza da mesa, esse "jogo americano" é jogado fora. Às vezes nem está sujo, mas é descartado. Poderiam usar algo mais sustentável.

Eu tive uma experiência desagradável na 1ª noite. Não havia cobertores ou edredom no quarto. A cama estava forrada com um lençol fino e passei frio, pois na madrugada a temperatura baixou para 19 graus. Para 2ª noite eu pedi edredon na recepção e fui atendida.

The hotel overall was good for Rio Verde. The staff knew I was English and had limited Portuguese ; I had to make all efforts to translate. Also, a work friend from RV who visited a few times , to show me around RV and where to eat etc felt the staff were looking at her with curiosity and suspicion . I saw that also . None of their business ! The music act on Wednesday was good
