"Very nice, safe hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Check in was fast. The hotel has a nice bar/restaurant. The only negative is having to pay $4 for a bottle of water in the room."

"I spoke to the same front desk agent twice during my staff who at times was both unfriendly or unhelpful. They were running events in the first floor ballroom which prevent access to the exit closest to the convention center which is fine during the events but key card access was turned off event after the end of those events which meant taking a potentially unsafe walk (due to the lack of lighting) around to the front of the hotel. If I return to Sacramento I will be staying elsewhere"

"This is one of our favorite places to stay in Sacramento. The only downside was cockroaches in the kitchen in our studio. Room 1613. The room was very tidy and nice. But, roaches are a deal breaker for us. We took all of our stuff out to the car, we certainly don't want to bring roaches back home."

"Our stay was ok except we had an issue with our deadbolt lock not closing. We had to contact the front desk several times late on a Saturday night. The gentleman was very bi e and helpful but we were tired from a long day and just wanted this resolved. Eventually after a couple of hours, the maintenance guy came and was able to fix the issue. Other than that our stay was fine. It just started our stay on the wrong foot."

"The room was a good size and bed was ok. Pillows to flat room wasn't cleaned enough killed some bugs and the shower wasn't clean. It was noisily at 3am some lady dragging her kids around that early and yelling at them outside our door."

"The boat was cute however the room was way overpriced for the size with zero amenities. There was a coffee maker in the room with no coffee or coffee filters. The room key was very tricky. It took numerous times to open the door The bar was fun as was the wait staff Great location however"
