We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We we a family of 6 adults. It was great that Quality transfers shuttle service was in the lobby to coordinate excursions.Jose and Erick we amazing! Would suggest that entertainment be in English and Spanish as we never really knew what was happening.Food selection was great with alot of variety. The Sakura restaurant was both entertaining and delicious. Would definitely recommend Gran evenia bejia resort.

El hotel no me respeto la tarifa de 164$ y el día de mi entrada cancelaron la reserva, cuando ya la habían confirmado. Y en el counter me ofrecieron una habitación que debía pagar ahí por 191$. Fue una experiencia bastante mala. Aunque la página es buena, este tipo de establecimientos crea desconfianza en la seguridad de la página.

Ideal para relajarte.

Si piensas relajarte este lugar es ideal pero si quieres divertirte, no lo es en absoluto. Yo diría que es un Todo incluido Lite pues no todo lo que tiene esta incluido, por ejemplo los restaurantes no están incluidos todos. No tienen capacidad para una gran demanda, prueba de ello es que se quedan sin toallas constantemente. Adicional, aparte del buffet solo tienen un restaurante mediterráneo que siempre está lleno.

If traveling with family avoid this place!

Even if you wake up at 6am there is not a single chair available close to the pool, all taken by 'towels'. Very disrespectful guests, do not recommend especially if traveling with family.

Overall we would only give this property 3 stars. Service was good but food was only mediocre. Also resort was advertised as having four resturants but nowhere did it say the in the all inclusive package you were only allowed acess to one resturant without additional charge. Been to several all inclusive resorts in the past years and this was a first for us. Very disappointed in the false info.

Sheraton OMG

Absolutely out of scope for Sheraton. We had no chance to have a lounger for sunbathing because there had been far to less and people "reserved" during night with there suntowels. One day even the complete chairs in the ocean front restaurant had been missing, used from guests. Only one restaurant and the Sheraton VIP Lounge had the food quality level you would expect.
