"Check-in was efficient & straightforward, staff explained the facilities & dining selection available Welcome drink & hot towels were readied for everyone - Priya is commendable Housekeeping standards for the rooms are good, with the nice touch of towels for everyone The extra bed was setup without any drama & the staff takes the time to show you to the room & gives a brief description of the room amenities Ample parking available, a small garden with nice flowers & several areas to relax & chill in front of the fireplace A lot of effort must’ve been put in to update modern touches while maintaining the heritage & Tudor style Looking forward to EV chargers in the near future Breakfast is typical English, style & portions, & the buffet spread is decent"

"Hotel was clean and comfortable. The hotel is 2km outside of tanah rata so we had to get a taxi there if we wanted to go there. Restaurant is good and breakfast had a good selection "

"Great location with good scenery. Staff are both attentive and friendly. Place is a bit old, should consider cleaning the patio by the restaurant as it was dirty and slippery. We availed the breakfast and it was very good. I’ll recommend this place for anyone who considers it. "

"Lived our stay at this beautiful hotel. It was close to everything and we walked everywhere. A nice park across the street with a clock tower all lit up. Lots of dining options in the town and the food at the restaurant onsite was good too. Breakfast was plentiful. Small gripe…gym was small and no pool. "

"Love the location of the property, away from main road and set back, not far from Brinchang town. Beautiful property ground, love our room facing the mountain! Staff was very friendly. Service and food at The Lantern Chinese restaurant was very good. Breakfast buffer was good but could improve with more rotation of different varieties of food. We stayed 3 nights and breakfast quickly became very repitative."
