"Toller Ausblick vom Zimmer.

"Good around hotel great location"

"Views in ocas on the 1st floor not great but everything else great"

"Helpful staff. Great clean, spacious room. Excellent breakfast, good choice of items. Would definitely recommend"

"The air condition was effective and life saving, as we arrived during the 3rd heatwave to Benidorm. Saulo, the multitasking receptionist was amazing, he succesfully tried to get all we asked for. This mattress was better then our one in Scotland. The wiev is stunning. We spend a lot of time sitting on the balcony, watching the...

"Friendly welcome by the staff. Very helpful Great location."

"Couldn’t fault a thing perfect for a short stay"

"The apartment was clean, comfortable and we had a good view from a high floor. Found a slightly more gentle walk up the hill via Calle Londres. A nice quiet part of town and a short walk down to the beach and main town. Can be noisy depending on who your neighbours are but security and staff onsite 24/7. Read many reviews before going and did not have any problems at all - many described unclean apartments and lifts not working. Our apartment was super clean, lifts were working and staff were...

"The only thing that that stopped me giving this hotel an excellent on all fronts was the information given about the swapping of dinner for lunch on one of our days. We were half board and were told we could swap from dinner to lunch when we arrived however when we tried to do this on one of our days the restaurant staff advised that we cant do single days and we would need to pay for that day or change to lunch for our whole stay. Other than that the hotel was excellent. Spotlessly clean,...
