For the money we spent, we found the people working there to be quite rude and unhelpful. Beds were uncomfortable and it was quite loud at night making it hard to sleep. Water park closed early on a hot day. Not worth it

Dårlig hotel

Jeg vil advarer alle turister at ikke booke den hotel.. Det var et meget dårligt ophold 👎 .. Da jeg bookede hotellet, var jeg meget imponeret over billederne og hotellets renlighed. Men da vi ankom i virkeligheden, var det meget anderledes .. Værelset var meget lille og beskidt .. Sengen var ikke ren, og dynen havde gammelt afføring .. Der var støv på sengen. Hver morgen kom der en kloaklugt ud af badeværelset, og da jeg bad om hjælp, kom en arbejder og arbejdede på badeværelset, men lugten var der stadig. Vi var nødt til at vågne tidligt på grund af den stærke lugt, fordi den er stærk hver tidlig morgen. .. Frugtplantagen var ødelagt to gange .. Hvad angår maden, var der ikke meget variation i maden. Skønheden på billederne er ny og smuk i virkeligheden, og meget travl, og intet fungerer.

Todo bien menos la chica del comedor con camisa marrón era muy desagradable ya que el domingo a la hora del almuerzo trato a dos personas mayores mal .y a la hora de comer nos tocó a nosotros diciendo que estuvimos almorzando y que en la comida no íbamos a dejar comida lla que estuvimos en el almuerzo Llo me fui a dirección para decirle lo sucedido y la mujer que me atendió muy amablemente y nos ofrece disculpas y un café y algo de picar lla que mi mujer y mi hija no comieron me dijo que tomaran medidas espero que esta persona no siga estando en el hotel lla que empaña la imagen del hotel

En fantastisk bartender fra Cuba og ei resepsjonist reddet servicen på hotellet. Må kanskje ta med en renholder, en av underholderne ved bassenget og en morsom vaktmester. Ellers var maten svært varierende, samt rom og fellesområdene slitt. Preg av oppussings behov og sure ansatte

Behulpzame receptie medewerkers, verder vonden we het hotel massaal, veel rumoer, gedateerd. Glijbanen waarvoor we kwamen waren te vaak gesloten tussendoor.

Bra och prisvärt all-inklusive hotell

All-Inclusive anläggning med det mesta man vill ha - restaurang, barnklubb, barer, pool och rutschkanor, spa och massage. Även nära till den fina Levante stranden i Benidorm. Mycket variation i bufférestaurangen. Bra städning varje dag som får bort sanden från stranden. Lite väl små pool i jämförelse till antal rum på hotellet. Detta är välbesökt av framförallt spanjorer och en del engelsmän. Passade oss med 3 småbarn.

En el hotel nos se puede pagar en efectivo.te obligan a llevar los vasos de plástico y te cobran un depósito por ellos.tienes que buscarte la vida para aparcar.la mayoría de camareros están como a disgusto y ni miran a los clientes es una pena el trato.salvo por una señora rubia en el restaurante africa virgencita que era muy maja y amable.la mayoría de la comida es frita y no hay mucha variedad.

Nos gustó todo la comida buenísima ..la habitación muy chula y camas muy cómodas. El agua de la piscina un poco turbia y las hamacas muy juntas.

Mucha gente,la piscina pequeña para tanta gente los toboganes nefastos la comida de baja calidad.la atención y limpieza buena.la habitación perfecta y la cama muy cómoda.

Tropic Splash

This was not a stay at magic rock gardens. They closed that hotel and relocated us to Magic Tropical Splash. Fantastic hotel for families. Could use a touch up on the water slides and different access stairs as they’re kinda old but overall a fantastic stay. Great personnel and great food for being a buffet. A lot of variety and a lot of vegetarian options. Only negative is that they have a parking but that is almost full all the time so you have to park on the street.

Great value for money family hotel

Stayed for 3 nights with friends . Staff were really helpful sorting a problem out for us which was nothing do with hotel but transport to airport . We opted for the bed breakfast and dinner option and so glad we did, the food choice and quality was as good as any restaurant. Great value for money would def recommend
