We added another night to our stay and at first were told we would not be able to keep the same room, but when we went to check out for the first night and inquired about the room availability for the next night they did some shuffling of rooms and we were able to keep our same room. "The staff is excellent and the location is unbeatable. The room is dated and small but seeing as we were 10 yards from the rim of the grand canyon, who cares! Parking is a bit of a challenge but we knew that when we made the reservation. So glad we stayed here "
