"Lovely hotel, room was comfortable with all amenities you could need. The spa was very nice and a little getaway inside Florence. We were able to book the Spa and have it for ourselves even in the middle of summer. Breakfast and pool are great. We opted to use the bikes they provide to get to town, the hotel is right on a bike path and it is a straight shot to get to the city center. "The breakfast was good, a little busy, go early to get a table , There is no safe in the room or available for use. Air conditioning was poor and didn’t seem to work at all. The location was excellent for the metro. getting to the Eiffel Tower was maybe a 15 minute walk, There is a large bus loop or central location close by as well. A lot of restaurants and coffee shops in the area to choose from"
